Inspired by the street flavors of Ho Chi Minh City (formerly known as Saigon), it carries the fresh, natural and layered essence of Vietnamese food culture. With a love of travel in Vietnam, the founders brought back to Hong Kong recipes that had been passed down from generations of local families, from a bowl of pho soup to a slice of herbs.
